31 Weeks: Maxi + Tee

Shirt: F21 ages ago; Skirt: made by me; Necklace: gift from cousin from Africa; Sandals: Target

I decided this week that I really wanted a soft and stretchy foldover waist maxi skirt and that I wanted it to be gray.  I could not find one for the life of me that wasn't a million dollars, so I decided to make one.  In haste.  Comfy it is, a great sewing job it is not.  Let's just say it unintentionally volunteered to become a high-low skirt.  Also, the fabric is a leeetle thinner (i.e. see-through) than I realized before taking photos.  Hence the torso shot.

But on the plus side, it feels like I'm wearing nothing at all and when it's hit 100 degrees with 8,000 percent humidity more days this summer than I remember, I count that as a win.

PS - Don't forget to enter the giveaway for an adorable little boy bow tie!
