Mango Lassi: Indian Mango Drink Recipe

This cool, creamy, and delicious mango drink recipe made with yogurt is the perfect accompaniment to any Indian meal.

- 15 oz mango pulp, canned half of the standard size mango pulp can
- 16 oz plain yogurt use full fat if you can
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 4-8 oz milk
- pinch cardamom or saffron (optional)
Add mango, yogurt, sugar, and 4oz milk to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Adjust consistency with more milk if desired. Serve.
