Back when I did the A-Z Global Children’s Book Club, one of the best parts was the darling printable passport with a page for each country. So for I decided to bring back that idea for the 2022 GCBC!

So I reached out to Kate Meldau Cummings, whose work I’ve admired for a while and is also an artist committed to inclusion and highlighting a diverse set of heroes. I was thrilled when she was enthusiastic about working together on this project!

When she sent me the files, I was absolutely blown away by the thought and detail she put into every single page. It’s stunning and I’m certain you’ll love it just as much as I do. And the best part? The whole thing is FREE!

How To Use the 2022 GCBC Printable Passport

Each month of the 2022 Global Children’s Book Club highlights a different country, along with a holiday that is celebrated in the country during that month. The printable passport booklet will have a 2-page spread for each month featuring coloring icons related to the country and holiday. There are also spots to check off reading the monthly picture book and chapter book, as well as participating in the monthly recipe cook along.

Once you download the PDF, you’ll be able to print as many copies as you’d like – all completely for FREE. Feel free to share with your family & friends, community groups, schools, libraries, or anywhere else you think would benefit from a free program highlighting diverse perspectives through children’s literature and other family-friendly activities.
