Stories of Goodness: Boymoms Unite

We did a little family staycation a few weeks ago and stayed in a hotel in Seattle. We took the streetcar to our breakfast spot just as all three kids were getting hangry and impatient – only to find it was SUPER crowded & only accepting reservations.
We moved over into the waiting area and got our phones out to try to find another brunch spot before everyone completely melted down. Then, one kind waitress came over and said she could squeeze us in at a table that was needed for a reservation in 45 minutes. We could have it if we could be out by then. Of COURSE we could! I was so, so grateful to her for seeing our chaos and finding a way to help us. She was an angel to me that day.
