There are plenty of books that I love getting from the library. Even while our library has been closed, we’ve made extensive use of the digital and digital audio collections. But especially for seasonal books, like kids Halloween books, I love having a decent collection at home to read over and over, year after year.

There are a million options for Halloween picture books out there, but these 25 are our very favorites that we have copies of in our home. We love pulling them out each year, and my kids love the sense of comfort from these familiar, fun titles.

Read on for our favorite Halloween books for kids to own in our home library – there’s still time to get your own copy before the holiday!
