Each year, I love thinking through some of my favorite products that I’ve loved and used consistently – everything from beauty to personal care to the kitchen to travel. I love seeing what has actually stuck around and what new things have entered my life rotation!

While these items are all at different price points, they all have a low cost per use because I use them SO much. Especially since we try to keep things a bit more minimal in our home, I try hard to purchase things that get used regularly and are functional and versatile.

Here are some of my favorite products in 2025 that I’ve used tons at home and when traveling. I hope it gives you some ideas whether you’re purchasing gifts or looking for some new items for yourself!

(And if you’re interested in previous years, here are my lists from 2024, 202320222021, and 2020.)

Gravel Packable Snap Travel Blanket

I immediately fell in love with this blanket this year for myself and the kids. It snaps in the back so it actually stays on and doesn’t slip down – perfect for an airplane, car ride, or even sitting outside watching a game. It’s also insulated and toasty warm, easily washable, and packs up super small. Plus, it’s a small, family-run business! (Discount code PASSPORT)

Travel Pillow/Eye Mask

I used this for the first time on my trip to Japan with T this year and it was such a winner. Kept me from waking up with neck pain and helped me stay asleep because I didn’t need to constantly adjust due to the aforementioned neck pain!

Oven Mitts

I bought these oven mitts this year after going through yet another pair of square fabric ones that almost burned my hands, always got filthy and sticky, and didn’t protect my arms in the least. They had amazing reviews – and you can add mine to that list!

They’re super comfy and flexible, but also VERY protective. Plus, they’re so easy to wipe down to clean. Let’s just say there’s a reason they have 60K 5-star reviews.

Lightweight Water-Resistant Waist Pouch

If you’ve seen me in person this year, you’ve almost certainly seen me wearing this fanny pack/waist pouch – I’ve used it absolutely nonstop since getting it over the summer. It’s super lightweight and comfortable, but is also roomy – I easily fit everything I need for a day out (including this mini water bottle). It has multiple zippers, and is water resistant and dries in a flash. It’s a great one!

Coconut Oil Conditioner

I’ve loved Bubbsi for years for my kids, but this was the year I started using their conditioner on my own hair. It’s honestly too intense for my younger girls – their hair is just too fine. But turns out it works AMAZINGLY well on my own thick, curly hair. It’s the only conditioner I use now! Also love that it smells amazing, has natural ingredients, and is a small, BIPOC-woman-owned business.

Clear Magnetic Toiletries Bag

I got this fairly recently and love it for traveling with my makeup. The magnetic close and wide bottom means it’s easy to hold it open to reach in and it doesn’t fall over like ones that are skinny on bottom. Easy to wipe down, too!

Anker Earbuds

This was sort of a surprise winner this year after I lost both my AirPods and my Raycon earbuds. I’m usually crazy type A responsible and don’t lose things, but I guess this year was just not my year with earbuds!

I grabbed these on a whim after knowing that both pairs I lost were SOMEWHERE in our house but being unable to find them. I just wanted something cheap to tide me over and these are the same brand as my favorite chargers. But it turns out, they’re terrific. Comfy, stay in, have a strap on the case (harder to lose…), pair easily, great sound quality. Plus, they’re just over $20. Can’t beat that! Would be great for a teen, too.

Fussy Natural Deodorant (with Sustainable Packaging)

I’ve tried a lot of natural deodorants over the years and most just flat out don’t work. Happily, I discovered Fussy from a friend this year and not only does it work, but comes in tons of amazing scents. The best part is that it’s refillable, so the plastic casing gets reused each time, and you just pop in one compostable refill. Love how much plastic is being saved for the sake of the environment! Sezane Sweater & Skirt Set

I got this set with a sweater and skirt a few months ago and have worn it absolutely nonstop ever since. I wear it at LEAST once a week, but often twice. It looks super nice and put together (I wore it to meet Kamala Harris!) but still literally feels like wearing pajamas. It’s so comfy and also warm and I love the color and fit and pretty much everything about it. It’s pricey but for me, has been an amazing investment and my cost per wear will be super low, haha. So so good.

Nuxe Body Oil

When I went on my Paris girls’ trip in March, several of us grabbed this Nuxe body oil at a pharmacie there. It’s gotten popular, and the employees there (who are extremely knowledgeable about all things beauty & skincare) highly recommended it. When we were all chatting after, it came up as one of our favorite things from the trip for everyone who bought it – it’s sooo nice! Smells amazing, really hydrating and lovely but absorbs really fast, and just all around wonderful. I love this one with a very slight shimmer for summer, or the regular one at other times. I bought two bottles (one smaller, one bigger) that are both still mostly full 9 months later with fairly frequent use!

Lip Balm

I just got this lip balm a couple of weeks ago so honestly it’s shocking it’s made it onto this list, but I’ve already been so enthusiastic about it and have converted multiple others to it. I have SUPER dry lips, and this has been so crazy healing for them. I feel like lip balms are either too thick and sticky, or they just slip right off, or they stay on but just create a barrier but don’t actually heal. This one both heals and stays on to prevent further chapping – I can still feel it on my lips now from literally 6 hours ago after eating multiple meals, but just in a soft moisturized sort of way. I can’t even describe it – it’s just so amazing.

Aesop Exfoliating Hand Soap

This is one I wish I had not fallen in love with this year – the amazing and fancy exfoliating hand soap from Aesop. I’d tried it multiple times before at different places but finally bought some when in Paris this year. It’s just as amazing using it every day (and my kids are forbidden from using a full pump, lol).

Peachy Blush Stick

Okay I think I actually started using this blush stick a couple years ago but I’ve never shared it in one of these lists before, which is a shame. This is my favorite blush stick – it goes on so smoothly, has the slightest unobtrusive shimmer to just give a bit of highlight, and is the perfect peachy pink color that looks good on everyone (I use the color Peach Bums). Plus it’s UNDER $4. Wild (Wet & Wild, actually…lol I couldn’t resist!). Perfect stocking stuffer.

Athena Travel Razor

Yes, I finally jumped on the Athena Razor bandwagon! I finally gave this little travel version a shot this past summer, and wow, it really is that good. So smooth, and packs up so small and easily. I also have the regular version and it’s just as good, and I love the magnetic hanging feature!

Super Soft Pajamas

I grabbed these pajamas when in the US this summer after realizing I hadn’t brought any with pants for when it was a bit chillier in Yosemite National Park. I thought maybe I’d leave them with a friend before going back home to London, but it turns out I fell in love with them. They’re SO stretchy and soft, and I ordered another pair for my in-laws to bring with them when they came to visit. So good, and under $21!

Candle Warmer

This has honestly brought me so much joy in long, damp, dark London winter. It just feels so cozy and lovely inside, and makes my house smell amazing. Plus, it makes my candles last literally 10x as long. No exaggeration. I have one candle I’ve been burning on and off for over 2 years and it’s still going strong with half left, while others I’ve burned normally get used up in a few days of long burns. Such a great gift, too.

Everyday Gel Pens

Honestly, I forgot to include these pens at first and have forgotten for the last couple of years! But these are something I use literally daily – they’re the BEST pens and write so smoothly. Plus, they’re really affordable, comfortable to use, and come in great colors.
